1. Description:
The system of dual injection cylinders allows for high-pressure and high-speed injection.
Because of the injection unite's unusual design, the hydraulic charging motor can turn 180 degrees from its original position, making it easy to change the material tube.
When the hydraulic motor is charging, the injection union is stabilized due to the powerful injection structure.Clamping force of the Toggle Clamping System ranges from 40 to 1000 tons.
The innovative Platen Lift System reduces clamping time. It decreases the burden of the toggle, allowing for an increase in lifetime.
Our Toggle Clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping, and depending on the varied molds requires even low-pressure clamping, which differs from Hydraulic Clamping.
